Instructions: Wash mushrooms; remove stems by twisting. Arrange mushrooms stem side up in 9x13-inch glass baking-dish; set aside. Chop stems fine. Place stems, onions and butter in medium bowl. Microwave 3 minutes on "roast" or until onions are tender. Stir in sour cream; add cream cheese. Microwave 2 1/2 minutes on "roast" or until cream cheese is softened; stir well.
Divide mixture in half. Stir ingredients from each variation into each half of the mixture. Fill mushroom caps with the cream cheese mixture. Microwave 5-6 minutes on roast" or until hot. Email this Recipe:
