Instructions: In a small saucepan bring water to boiling. Add pea pods and cook 1 minute.
Drain well and plunge into ice water. Drain well. Cut seam on side of pea pod forming a pocket. Set aside. In a small mixer bowl combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and pepper. Beat till smooth. Pipe cheese into the pocket of each pod. Serve Email this Recipe:
