Instructions: Cut off tops of green peppers and remove seeds. Cook peppers 5 minutes in boiling salted water; drain and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Stuff peppers with vegetable mixture and place in a 13- x 9 - x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
