Instructions: Onions, bell pepper until they are tender. Remove from heat. In small bowl, blend cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add bacon, green onions and pepper.
With small knife cut each pepper on one side only. Be sure not to cut all the way through the pepper. Spoon cream cheese mixture into plastic bag and snip corner. Squeeze cream cheese mixture into each pepper. Cover and refrigerate. Makes About 28 peppers. Email this Recipe:
