baked potatoes
evaporated skim milk
dashes garlic powder
black pepper
salt
nonfat cheddar cheese
Butter Buds or diet margarine
Bacos
scallion thinly sliced
granulated garlic
Instructions:
Instructions: Bake potatoes & carefully scoop out to make shells. In a bowl, mix the potato youve scooped out, evaporated skim milk, a couple of dashes of garlic powder, black pepper, salt if you MUST, some shredded fat free cheese (it will melt when surrounded by potato), & either molly mc butter powder, butter buds, or the Fleischman spread-whatever you think has the best flavor. Whip this on high until you have your basic mashed potatoes.

Stir in some Bacos (imitation, not real bacon) & thinly sliced green onions. Spoon back into shells & sprinkle granulated garlic on top. Heat in oven until warm through (300 for 20 min?) & serve with a dollop of fat free sour cream. (G)-yeah, I know. Ive got measuring cups somewhere, but I havent used them much as you can tell.
