	SAUCE ----------------
1/2 cup	catsup
1/3 cup	brown sugar
1/2 tsp	mustard
2 tbl	cider vinegar
1/2 tsp	nutmeg
	----------------- LOAF ----------------
2 lb	hamburger
2 x	eggs
1 cup	corn flakes
2 tsp	salt
1/2 tsp	pepper
2 tbl	parsley

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all of loaf ingredients. Mix the sauce and heat a few minutes. Add half of sauce to meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. After 40 minutes, add rest of sauce over loaf.
