Instructions: Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat eggs with fork until well blended. Stir in Wesson oil, vanilla and sugar. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture. Dough will be soft. Drop by teaspoons about 2-inches apart on ungreased pan. Stamp each cookie with sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes; remove immediately.
