Instructions: Beat egg white at high speed of an electric mixer until still peaks form; stir in butter. Add peanuts, tossing to coat.
Combine sugar and next 3 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add 1/4 cup butter-coated peanuts to sugar mixture, tossing to coat. Remove sugar-coated peanuts with a slotted spoon to a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Repeat procedure with remaining sugar mixture and butter-coated peanuts. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring about 10 minutes. Let cool. Combine sugar-coated peanuts, raisins, and remaining ingredients; stir well. Email this Recipe:
