Instructions: Combine all but salt in heavy saucepan. Cook and stir until mixture crystalizes and coats peanuts. Spread in a buttered 15x10-inch pan and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Lift and turn with metal spatula. Bake 15 minutes more. Cool and store in covered container.
