Instructions: Heat oven to 250`. Grease 9 x 12" or larger cookie sheet. In large saucepan, add sugar, water and peanuts. Over medium heat bring to boil, stir constantly until all liquid is absorbed. Spread evenly in a single layer on cookie sheet. Bake for about 1 hour or until they look dried out. Separate, store in air-tight container or freezer bags.
