Instructions: Heat the apple juice concentrate and cinnamon. Add the apple slices and cook until partly tender. Remove the apple slices. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Add to the juice and cook, stirring until its thick. Combine the apples and sauce. Cool slightly. Fill the unbaked shell and dot with margarine. Roll out the pastry for the top. Cut vents in the top. Bake at 375F. for 45 to 60 minutes or
