Instructions: Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in sour cream.
Measure 1/4 c. of the mixture; set remainder aside. Stir coffee granules and milk into measured 1/4 c. of cheese mixture. Drizzle 1 Tblsp. of the mocha flavored cheese mixture into crust. Fold whipped topping into reserved cream cheese. Spoon into crust. Drizzle with remaining mocha flavored cheese mixture; draw knife or metal spatula through mixture to form pattern on top.
