1/4 cup Butter
3 tsp Shallots
1 x Clove garlic
1/4 cup Fresh parsley
1/4 cup Fresh basil
2 tbl Fresh thyme
1/4 cup Fresh sage
2 tbl Fresh rosemary
1 cup Whipping cream
2 x Eggs
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare puff pastry in pan; prick with fork; set aside. Saute fresh herbs; mix cream, eggs, salt & pepper. Add sauteed herbs to cream mixture.

Sprinkle cheese over bottom of puff pastry. Pour liquid mixture over cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 or until crust is brown.
