Instructions: Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill 1 hour.
For Blueberry Vinaigrette: Whisk together first 5 ingredients. Gradually whisk in oil until blended. Refrigerate leftover vinaigrette up to 2 weeks. (Makes 1 1/2 cups) Drizzle 1/3 cup Blueberry Vinaigrette over blueberry mixture, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with slivered almonds, if desired. This recipe yields 4 servings.
