Instructions: This appeared in last weeks Washington Post. It looks easy and yummy. If anyone tries this please let me know if its good.
In medium bowl combine shrimp, 1 Tbs. olive oil, half the minced garlic and the salt and pepper to taste. Light the grill. Thread the shrimp on skewers. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, remaining olive oil and garlic, that basil, the vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until just done. Drain. Grill shrimp, turning once, until just done, about 3 minutes in all. Toss pasta with the shrimp and tomato mixture and serve. Email this Recipe:
