Instructions: Melt marshmallows in milk in top of double boiler over boiling water. Pour over gelatin and stir until dissolved; cool. Add undrained pineapple, carrots, celery, cottage cheese, and mayonnaise. Chill until mixture starts to gel. Fold in whipped cream and nuts. Pour into a greased 8-cup mold or large bowl. Refrigerate until set.
