Wash the greens you are using and tear them into bite-size pieces. Reserve. To make the vinaigrette: Combine all the ingredients and let sit in a glass container for at least 1 hour to develop the flavor. Pour the vinaigrette over the assorted greens, toss lightly, and serve at once. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This is a great salad for almost any occasion.
