5 tbl MORTON TENDER QUICK SALT
1 tbl MUSTARD SEED
1 tbl GARLIC SALT
1 tsp HICKORY SMOKE SALT
Instructions:
Instructions: MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. WORK BATCH FOR 30 MINUTES EACH DAY FOR THREE DAYS. ON THE 4th DAY MAKE BATCH INTO 5 ROLLS AND BAKE AT 150 - 200 DEG. F. FOR 8 HOURS. (BAKE ON A BROILER PAN). TURNS OUT BEST IN OUR OVEN IF BAKED AT 200 DEG F. AT THIS TEMPERATURE IT BAKES WITH A CRUST ON THE OUTSIDE AND FIRM ON THE INSIDE.
