Amount	Ingredient
1/2 cup	chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 med	onion chopped
1 cup	chopped celery
2 x	garlic cloves minced
1 can	whole or chopped tomatoes - (36 oz) undrained
2/3 cup	chablis or other dry white wine
1 tsp	dried fennel seed
1/2 tsp	basil
1/2 tsp	oregano
1/2 tsp	freshly-ground black pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

Comments: You can add mushrooms, if desired.
