Notes : The sun-dried tomatoes used in this recipe are the dry packaged ones, not the ones preserved in oil. Sun-dried tomatoes can be difficult to chop with a knife. Just snip them into strips with a scissors. You must use garlic powder; garlic salt will not work in this recipe.
