Instructions: Push the tomatoes into small jars or Kilner jars.
Tuck the herbs in among the tomatoes with the chillis and the garlic cloves. The amount is up to you. I suggest two cloves of garlic per Kilner jar and one or two chillis depending on their heat. Fill up the jars with olive oil. Seal and store in a cool place until needed. The tomatoes will soften after a day and will start to take up flavour from the herbs after a week or so.
