Recipe for Sundried Tomato and Rosemary Vinaigrette

Amount	Ingredient
6 x	sundried tomatoes, (drained of oil)
2 tbl	olive oil, (or oil from tomatoes)
2 tbl	red wine vinegar
1 tbl	balsamic vinegar
1 x	lemon, juice of
2 tsp	mild mustard
2 tsp	fresh minced rosemary

Instructions:

Instructions: Process all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and chill until ready to serve. Shake or whisk well before using.
