Instructions: In medium saucepan, combine orange juice, red pepper, sesame oil and salt. Bring just to boil; stir in couscous. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir with fork to fluff up mixture.
Meanwhile peel orange and cut into bite sized pieces. Stir in orange pieces and green onion. Serve with grilled or broiled fish or chicken, if desired. Yield: 3 cups Email this Recipe:
