10 lb leg/thigh quarters skinned
1/3 cup apricot preserves (18 oz. jar)
1/3 cup orange marmalade (18 oz. jar)
1/2 cup cider vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Rinse chicken with cold water; pat dry with paper towels. Season to taste with salt, pepper, & chicken seasoning plus. In a bowl, blend all ing. except chicken. Before lighting charcoaler, spray grill rack with Pam Light grill & let get hot. Add chicken. Coat each side of chicken with glaze. Cook approx. 1 hr. or until chicken is done. Turn often so not to burn. During the last 10 minutes or so, baste chicken on both sides again with glaze. Serve hot.

Serves: 10

Comments: You can use boneless, skinless chicken breast to help lower fat content. Just dont cook quite as long. Use an internal meat thermometer to check for doneness.
