And juice, chopped
3 cup Thinly sliced celery
1 can 19 oz chick peas, pureed
1 med Cucumber, peeled and diced
1 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
1 can 4 oz chopped green chiles
2 tbl Fresh lime juice
1 tbl Vinegar
1/2 tbl Sugar
2 cl Garlic, chopped
1 tsp Ground cumin
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large glass bowl, combine all. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
