2 stk Margarine
1/2 tbl Cocoa
1 cup Oil
1 cup Coca Cola
1 cup Miniature marshmallows, (+more if needed)
2 cup Flour
2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 cup Buttermilk
2 x Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
----------------- ICING ----------------
6 tbl Coca Cola
1 stk Margarine
1/2 tbl Cocoa
1 box Powdered sugar, , 10X
1 cup Chopped pecans
Instructions:
Instructions: Cake: In medium sauce pan, bring oleo, cocoa, oil, and Coca Cola to a boil.

Remove from heat.

Add 1/2 cup or more of miniature marshmallows, flour, sugar, soda, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla, and beat well. Pour into greased 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" cake pan. Bake at 350 deg. F about 35 minutes, or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Spread Coca Cola icing over warm cake.

Icing: Mix, and beat above ingredients until smooth. Spread on warm cake.
