Instructions: In serving bowl, combine yogurt, honey lemon juice and cinnamon into a smooth dressing. Add carrots, raisins and pineapple to dressing and stir gently, but thoroughly, until salad is uniform. Cover and chill for a minimum of 15 minutes.
