Instructions: Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfulls, stirring until melted and smooth. Blend in whipped topping. Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust, chill at least 2 hours or freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
