Instructions: I always think everyone cooks like I do. . . Im sure they all cook better...but I wanted to let those of you know, if you dont already, that when you cook your mashed potatoes, be sure and put in some turnips. About one turnip for every three potatoes. If you think you dont like turnips. . believe me, you can hardly taste them. . but the flavor is so terrific. I eat mashed potatoes at restaurants and I think they have no flavor. Not to say....that Idahos dont have a great flavor alone. Just try this way once. . .put some fresh rosemary on top too. . .I think youll love them.
