Instructions: Brown ground turkey over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and 3/4 C water.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook until sauce is thickened (about 5 minutes), stirring occasionally. Arrange thick layer of chips on a large microwave-safe dish. Top with beans onions, olives, peppers and cheese. Microwave on high until cheese is melted. Top with chopped tomato. Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
