Instructions: Make well in dry bread mix. Add egg and liquid ingredients. Mix Until dry particles are moistened. Stir in apricots. Pour half of batter in greased and floured 9 x 5 - 3 inch loaf pan. To make filling: Mix together cream cheese, sugar, flour and egg. Whip until smooth. Stir in rind and apricots. Spread over batter in pan, then cover with remaining batter. Bake at 375 for about 1 hour or until top no longer indents when touched. Cool 15 minutes in pan, then finish cooling on wire rack.
