Instructions: Mix starter, corn mean, evaporated milk, eggs and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in the melted butter, salt and solda. Turn into a 10" greased frying pan and bake in hot oven (450*) for 25-30 minutes.

Serve hot with honey.

The cornbread is wonderful!! But it doesnt keep well for the next day.
