Instructions: Boil chocolate in water 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sugar and salt.

Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool. When thoroughly cold, fold into whipped cream. Heat milk to boiling point and pour over 1 tablespoon chocolate mixture in each cup when serving.
