1 lb	penne or corkscrew pasta, cooked and rinsed with cold water
1 x	red bell pepper, chopped
1 x	green bell pepper chopped
3 x	carrots, sliced
1 can	artichoke hearts, in water, drained and quartered
1 med	red onion, diced
	----------------- Dressing: ----------------
1 x	28 ounce can chopped tomatoes
1 tsp	dried basil
2 tsp	garlic powder
1/4 cup	balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp	salt

Instructions:

Instructions: 1. Place pasta in a large bowl.

2. Add vegetables.

3. Mix dressing with pasta and vegetables.

4. Serves 8.
