Instructions: Spray 13x9x2-inch baking pan with PAM and set aside.
Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and evaporated milk. Combine dry ingredients and stir into mixture. Fold in Raisinets (Milk Chocolate Covered Raisins). Spread in prepared pan. Bake in 350 F oven 25 minutes. Glaze: Combine ingredients, mixing until smooth. Spread Glaze over bar in pan. Cool completely. (If you wish, decorate bars by drizzling over 1 ounce semisweet chocolate melted). Cut into bars and decorate with additional Raisinets. Makes about 40 cookie bars Email this Recipe:
