2 tbl	white vinegar
3 cup	flour
2 cup	sugar
1/2 cup	cocoa
1 tsp	salt
2 tsp	baking soda
2 tsp	vanilla
2/3 cup	oil
2 cup	water
	----------------- Filling: ----------------
1 x	-8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 x	egg
1/2 x	sugar
1/2 tsp	salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix together all ingredients for batter by hand in a bowl. In separate bowl mix together all ingredients for filling with mixer. Fill cupcake cups 1/2 to 2/3 full and drop 1 tsp of filling in the middle of each. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. These can be made ahead of time and frozen.
