Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
5 lb Corned beef
1 x Garlic clove
2 x Cloves, whole
10 x Black peppercorns, whole
2 x Bay leaves
8 med Carrots
8 med Potatoes
8 med Yellow onions, peeled
1 med Cabbage, cut in wedges
Chopped parsley
MUSTARD SAUCE
1/2 tbl Butter, melted
1 x Egg
1/3 cup Light brown sugar
1/4 cup Granulated sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Prepared mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring. Reduce heat, simmer 3 minutes. Serve hot with corned beef. Also good with ham.

Makes 3/4 cup.
