Instructions: Cook first 3 ingredients over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Add vanilla and sour cream; stir well. Pour into small serving dishes and put in refrigerator to set up.
When ready to serve, garnish with your favorite fruit. We like fresh sliced strawberries, do not add sugar. We also like a kiwi slice and/or blueberries on top. Serve with 2 or 3 butter cookies. Jennifer S. Elsik Email this Recipe:
