1 pt Raspberries
1 pt Strawberries
1 pt Red currants
1 cup (or more) granulated sugar
2/3 cup Brandy

Instructions: Swedish Fruit in Liqueur

Remove stems and hulls from berries. Rinse, drain, and place in glass serving bowl. Add sugar, brandy, and rum, stirring with a wooden spoon.

Taste and add more sugar, if needed. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Serve with whipped cream and a generous amount of sauce.

Serves 6 to 8.
