Instructions: Cut off the beetroot leaves and rinse.
Clean the unpeeled roots and simmer in salted water until tender. Simmer the quails eggs (1 minute for soft yolk 2 minutes for hard). Peel. Dissolve the honey in vinegar beat in creme fraiche and season. Mix in about 1/2 tbsp of grated horseradish. Arrange the beet leaves beets sliced herrings and eggs on plates dress with the horseradish cream and scatter with more grated horseradish root dill and a little salt and pepper.
