3 x eggs
250 gm skim milk
6 x leaves gelatin (the large ones)
250 gm lowfat yogurt
juice of 2 lemons
1 tbl sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Split the eggs and beat egg-yellow til foamy.

Bring milk to a boil,and carefully add the egg-yellow while stirring til its slightly thickened.

Take curd of stove and stir in the prepared gelatine.Stir for a while til desolved.

Leave to cool for 15 min.Meanwhile beat egg-whites and sugar til very stiff.

Stir yoghurt and lemonjuice in curd and carefully add the stiff egg-whites.

Add liquid sweetener to taste. Stirring as less as possible.
