Instructions: Split the eggs and beat egg-yellow til foamy.
Bring milk to a boil,and carefully add the egg-yellow while stirring til its slightly thickened. Take curd of stove and stir in the prepared gelatine.Stir for a while til desolved. Leave to cool for 15 min.Meanwhile beat egg-whites and sugar til very stiff. Stir yoghurt and lemonjuice in curd and carefully add the stiff egg-whites. Add liquid sweetener to taste.
