3/4 cup bread flour
1/4 cup rye flour
1 tbl dry milk
1 tsp salt
1 tbl butter
3/4 tbl honey
3/4 tbl molasses
1/2 cup flat ale
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp anise seed
1/2 tbl orange peel
Instructions:
Instructions: Produce the flat ale by opening a dark beer and stirring until the bubbles are dispersed. Scoop off residual foam before measuring ale.

Bake on regular cycle.
