Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 tbl Finely chopped red onion
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
3 tbl Balsamic vinegar
2 tbl Water
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients. With wire whisk, beat until smooth and sugar is dissolved.

2. Pour mixture over slightly steamed and cooled asparagus spears, or sliced fresh tomatoes or cucumbers. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate before serving.
