Instructions: Stir fry onion, garlic, ginger and lemongrass, then add any sauce to your liking, ie. Oyster, Mushroom, Sweet Chilli. Throw in a bit of water to dilute the sauce, then add the crabs, put on a lid and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with steamed rice. Yummy!
