Instructions: Chop or grind peppers and onions and cover with boiling water. Let stand 5 minutes: drain. Make a solution of 1 part vinegar and 2 parts water. (This vinegar is not included in the 5 cups listed in the recipe). Add pepper mixture, bring to a boil and let stand for 10 minutes: drain. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard seed (the ingredients above). Boil 2 minutes, jar and seal.
