1 tbl	Dry Buttermilk
1/4 cup	Reserved pineapple juice
1 x	Egg
1/2 cup	Sliced banana
3 cup	Bread flour
1/4 cup	Whole wheat flour
1 tsp	Salt
3 tbl	Applesauce *Note
1/2 tbl	Sugar
1/2 cup	Shredded Coconut Meat
1/3 cup	Chopped macadamia nuts
1/4 tsp	Baking soda

Choose light crust...ADD INGREDIENTS ACCORDING TO THE DIRECTIONS GIVEN BY YOUR MACHINES MANUFACTURER. most machines have a cycle to add raisins and nuts after a certain period of time. if yours does, wait to add the fruit and nuts at that point. After baking is completed, remove from pan and wait 1 hour before slicing (if you can...LOL)
