3 x to 4 pounds boneless country-style ribs
20 oz can pineapple tidbits undrained
16 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup green pepper thinly sliced
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 x clove garlic minced
Instructions:
Instructions: Place ribs in an ungreased slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over the ribs. Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. Thicken the sauce, if desired.

Yield: 8 servings.
