1/2 pt Sour cream
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
5 x Eggs, beaten
1 lb Crushed pineapple, well
Drained
4 oz Dried apricots or peaches,
Diced
Instructions:
Instructions: Grease 9 by 13 inch-pan. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon sugar.

Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
