Instructions: In a large pot, combine peppers, onion, vinegar, water and sugar. Simmer for 15 minutes.
To each jar, add 1 clove garlic and each of the seasonings. Pack pepper mixture into hot jars leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Adjust 2-piece caps. Process 10 minutes in boiling water canner. This recipe yields 5 pints. Yield: 5 pints Email this Recipe:
