Instructions: Finely shred cabbage.
Peel and grate carrots. Sice spring onions. Dice pineapple. Dressing: Combine mayonnaise with 1/4 cup of pineapple juice and honey and set aside. Combine cabbage, carrots, drained pineapple and spring onions in a bowl. Toss through dressing and parsley until well combined. Email this Recipe:
